JAMIE AND SARAH HARTNETT
These images below are from the wedding of Jamie and Sarah Hartnett.
Fawsley Hall Hotel, Daventry, 13th August 2011.
I was shooting with another photorapher at this wedding and came out with some fantastic shots!
Myself and Tony (other photographer) set this shot up with two lights to give it the dramatic effect.
The First Dance!
DARREN AND SONU GILLICK
The following images below are from the wedding of Darren and Sonu Gillick.
The wedding was at the Oxford Town Hall on 3rd June 2011.
Both Sonu and Darren wanted to take a walk through the city centre to get to the next venue for the meal, this was a Browns on the Woodstock Road. We headed towards the Radcliffe camera, the sun was really bright on the day.
This shot below was nice and we had a little shade to work with, this really helped with this image.
I managed to capture an intimate moment whilst walking along parks road. I was a fair distance away, so it was quite a natural pose.
GRAHAM AND KATE WOELKI
The following images are from the wedding of Kate and Graham Woelki on 4th June 2011.
The day started quite early at one of the local salons in Oxford, where Kate had her hair and make-up done. Kate was very calm but you could tell she was excited!
Kate got ready at her parents house in Littlemore. Kate and Donna were both tucking in to a bacon sandwich before they started to get ready. We managed to get some great photo's there (below), i especially like the image of Kate going down the stairs.
Kate arrived at Worton Park in a Bentley. The sun was really strong by this time and was a challenge to get the light balance correctly. Having said that i think that this image came out really well.
The slight breeze on the day was very welcome, i managed to catch this image below.
The lake above was a really nice location to shoot, it was away from the rest of the wedding party and it also looked really nice. With help from Stuart the best man and Bev the wedding co-ordinator, i captured this image. I used my studio light to over power the sunlight to get rid of the harsh shadows.
The reception venue was at 333 Banbury Road. A great place and a nice looking frontage. The layout was great. The tables were set nicely and the room looked really inviting!
